🗓️ 5-Day Exchange/Return Policy: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return. To initiate this, contact us at baaduli.info@gmail.com.

✅ Eligibility Criteria: Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and include the invoice. Used products are not eligible.

📦 Accepted Reasons:

• The product is damaged
• You received the wrong item

🚚 Return Process: Once approved, pickup will be arranged at the original delivery address and you will be notified of the schedule.

🔁 Exchange Process: After the return is picked up, the replacement will be delivered within 5–6 working days.

⏱️ Delivery Discrepancies: Report any delivery issues within 48 hours of delivery at baaduli.info@gmail.com.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are accepted only before the product is shipped.
• If accepted, a full refund will be issued.

🛑 Order Refusal: BAADULI reserves the right to cancel/refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or incorrect customer details.
